This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video.
I do NOT recommend obtaining this Voodoo because no matter what, it requires a Mission Failure while the second instance coming up is able to be obtained while passing the Mission. If you put the Voodoo in the Garage and then pass the Mission and check the Garage afterward, it would be gone!
After putting the Voodoo into the Garage and then failing the Mission by destroying the BMX, make sure you go back and open and close the Garage to fully store and save the Voodoo. If you were to not do this and just saved your game and reloaded, it would be gone!
The EC2 on this Voodoo can not be seen in-game and can only be seen when viewing your Save File under a Save Editor. Visually in-game, it will look like any ordinary Voodoo.
I am recording this Video on PCSX2 Version 1.6.0. Game Version is SLUS-20946 (Version 1.03) of GTA San Andreas for PS2.
