03:25 - Blocking off both sides of the Top Fun Van with Vehicles and then teleporting in, out, and into the Top Fun Van once more
04:20 - Controlling both RC Goblin's at the same time while putting the leftover in the water nearby
07:15 - Passing the Mission like normal
11:20 - Using the nearby Dinghy to push the RC Goblin onto land
13:05 - Controlling the RC Goblin and Tommy back to the Leaf Links Safehouse
19:05 - Saving the game before attempting to teleport into the RC Goblin
19:50 - Failing to teleport into the RC Goblin successfully and reloading the Save to try again
21:15 - Successfully teleporting into the Unique RC Goblin and showing it off
21:50 - Successfully teleporting out of the Unique RC Goblin and showing it off
This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, and PC since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. It is unknown to me if this Method works on Mobile with or without a Controller. It is also unknown to me if this Method works on Definitive Edition. If it would work on Mobile in any way, shape, or form, it's only going to work on Android (not Version 1.10 and not iOS) because after saving and reloading, it'll vanish!
Since the INSIDE Garage Version of the RC Goblin is obtainable using the other Method on the Definitive Edition, it's recommended to use THAT Method since you will NOT have to waste Tommy in the process and will be able to enter/exit the RC Goblin after the fact. The only difference is it'll be stored in a Garage instead of on the Map where you last left it.
You do NOT have to save the game when you get back to Leaf Links before teleporting into the RC Goblin. You can get it back there and teleport immediately into it if you choose and then save your game afterward, however, as you can see, one wrong move and you can waste Tommy rather easily. If you didn't save before trying to teleport into it, you would have to redo the ENTIRE Method. If you saved, like the Video shows, before teleporting into it, you can reload when you mess up and try again without having to redo the entire process!
It's advised to hold off with "Demolition Man" as long as possible! For instance, I heard reports of the RC Goblin actually vanishing on people when they would cross Islands and come back later on! This is why when going to 100% and wanting this RC Goblin, you should do EVERYTHING possible for 100% except for "Demolition Man," Gang Missions, and "Keep Your Friends Close...." After passing these remaining handful of Missions and reaching 100%, just save the game at the Safehouse, right next to the Marked RC Goblin! Your chances of losing it will be slim to none at this point!
The RC Goblin does NOT count as a Vehicle by a Garage and it's Marked. This is why it remains anywhere on your Map, even after saving/reloading as well as allowing you to enter as many other Vehicles in the process.
You absolutely MUST teleport IN and OUT of the RC Goblin to prevent the game from crashing, unless you play on the Definitive Edition. Opening/Closing door aminations will NOT crash the game when playing on the Definitive Edition, but you STILL NEED TO teleport into the RC Goblin the very first initial time for Tommy to enter it. Once he enters it, you can casually exit it, anywhere, anytime.
DO NOT PRESS the button to shoot a Weapon UNTIL Tommy has teleported into the RC Goblin! Doing this before teleporting into the RC Goblin will result in the game to crash!
Be careful when Tommy is near the RC Goblin on foot BEFORE you teleport into it the very first time. If Tommy gets too close and touches the rotors, he'll be wasted and you'll have to try again!
By obtaining the RC Goblin, you'll get TWO Safehouse Visits (only on PS2) and use TWO Mission Attempts. Note that if you don't have Vigilante Level 12 passed already, it'll also add a Mission Attempt every time you activate Vigilante, too, so it's recommended to have it passed before using OM0. You also will achieve 100% Completion one Mission earlier than normal because you'll receive twice the percentage of game completion that the Mission is worth after passing it once it's duplicated! There actually is a logical Method in which would allow you to FAIL the Mission and still obtain the Unique RC Goblin, thus not giving you twice the percentage, but it will not work in the end! You MUST pass the Mission for this Method to work out.
Fun Fact - When you enter the RC Goblin on PS2, there is NO NAME present! When you enter the RC Goblin on other Platforms, there IS a name present!
