Time Stamps:
00:00 - Passing "Yay Courier" whilst obtaining the BP/EP/FP/MP (Bullet Proof, Explosion Proof, Fire Proof, and Melee Proof) Patriot
02:00 - Proving the BP/EP/FP/MP Properties and showing off the BP/EP/FP/MP Patriot
This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on the Definitive Edition. There's no reason to use this Method on any other Platform/Version (PS2, Xbox, PC, and Mobile) since using a Towtruck works and the Patriot doesn't lose the Properties at the end of the Mission. This Method HAS TO be used on the Definitive Edition because the Patriot loses the Properties after the Mission is over. Note that if you get ALL of the money from the Patriot, even if you destroy it like the Video is showing, it will STILL LOSE the Properties! You can only steal $300 to $1,500. If you steal $1,800 or more, it seems to lose the Properties!
The only way the Patriot will retain the Properties is by having it destroyed while the Mission is ongoing and if you don't take all the money. You can also use water as a means to destroy it to retain the Properties, but that Method is much worse. See here - youtube.com/watch?v=9FklwgbNvXg
MAKE SURE you collect ANY some of money from the Patriot! Without doing such thing, you are actually FAILING the Mission and it WILL COUNT AGAINST YOU in the Stats by giving you a Mission Attempt but not adding anything to the Missions Passed Stat! While this Mission or the OTHER Yay Courier Mission (involves taking the money from someone driving a Sanchez cross country) are not required for 100%, if you care about the Stats, you actually should pass BOTH of these Missions and also on the VERY FIRST EVER Call from Cesar. The more times you hang up on Cesar and not complete these Missions, the more Mission Attempts you're getting! However, if you simply pass both Missions (and obtain this BP/EP/FP/MP Patriot) and then get Calls later on, it will NOT be adding anything to the Mission Attempts Stat!
Cesar's Calls can start coming anywhere in between "King in Exile" up to "Yay Ka-Boom-Boom." For this BP/EP/FP/MP Patriot, his Calls happen on Monday and Friday in-game! For the Sanchez Courier Mission, it's triggered on Wednesday and Saturday in-game. One or BOTH Missions can be SKIPPED entirely and Calls can NOT come in while you're on a Mission, inside a Vehicle, inside an Interior, or have ANY Wanted Level, so keep that in mind!
I am recording this Video on the Definitive Edition. Game Version is Version 1.01 of GTA San Andreas for PC.
