This Method will ONLY WORK on the Definitive Edition because it's the ONLY PLATFORM that allows you to get off the Yacht as shown in the Video! This DOES NOT WORK on PS2, Xbox, PC, or Mobile! The EC/EC2 Washington is obtainable but you will get off the Yacht DIFFERENTLY when playing on other Platforms and Versions and you can also PASS the Mission and obtain the EC/EC2 Washington at the same time. On the Definitive Edition, you can NOT pass the Mission and obtain the EC/EC2 Washington at the same time because Tommy struggles to push it back to the Garage. It's just not possible. I don't recommend it, but you CAN fail the Mission on any Platform and Version and obtain the EC/EC2 Washington. Once you get off the Yacht and back to land, just push the EC/EC2 Washington to the location of where the Mission begins and then enter and exit it. After the screen goes black and the Mission fails, the EC/EC2 Washington will be right in front of you, exactly where you pushed it to.
Note that this is not the only way off the Yacht for the Definitive Edition, but it's by far the easiest and quickest way.
If you're playing the Definitive Edition on Version 1.02 or below, the Washington featured in the Mission will be Black as it should be. However, if you're on Version 1.03 or higher, the Washington will actually spawn in Traffic Default Colors and APPEAR to not be special. If you were to obtain one of these and allow the Garage to close down on it, you'd see something very bizarre take place. The Traffic Default Colored Washington will be some kind of Bright Neon Green or Hot Pink Color! Both Colors would be EC/EC2, but I'd imagine this is some kind of BUG and this is the side effect caused by it! Even if you obtain the EC/EC2 Washington on Patch 1.02 and below and have it Black and then update your game to 1.03 and above, the same thing would happen and your EC/EC2 Washington will not be Black anymore!
Make sure you push the EC/EC2 Washington to the same location as I did before you enter and then exit it. If it's not pushed far enough, it disappears after the Mission fails. As soon as the Mission fails, turn your camera towards it, as well, to prevent it from disappearing. Do exactly as you see in the Video of how I am entering it and through which doors and when. It's VERY important!
Fun Fact - If you are specifically playing Vice City on Xbox, the EC/EC2 Washington featured in this Mission is a White Washington. It's assumed to NOT BE SPECIAL since a White Washington already spawns in traffic and appears to be identical. See that here - youtube.com/watch?v=TVdpKUG6GSg
