In this Video, I show how to obtain the FP/PP Barracks OL from the mission "From Zero to Hero" with Mission Failure as it's the only way to get it. After I obtain it, I reload the Save and show that it's still there as well it's properties.
Quickly drive off the left ramp of the Vice Beach bridge to fall into water. That is the annoying part, as you can be bothered by the chasing goons. Also you need to land into water normally without tip over its wheels, otherwise you need to redo the mission. I recommend crashing into the bottom structure of the bridge to prevent the truck from tip over. When you finally got it right, the mission will fail and spawn on land near the bridge. Jump into water and push the truck to the docks like was done previously with the Sentinel XS and Bobcat video. Since you are only pushing the Barracks here, it will be a little quicker getting to the docks. Once you got close enough to the ramp, turn the Barracks with the driver side facing it. That way the truck won't slide way, and you will be able push it out of the water. Once that is done, you are free to drive off and save the truck.
