In this video, I show how to get your hands on an FIB truck found in "The Bureau Heist (Roof Entry)". After I obtain it, I reload the save and show that it's still there.
This truck exists in MANY missions. So expect to see quite a few of those on my channel.
It is easy to get in pretty much any mission. Actually easier than it might be in free roam. The Bureau Heist is fairly easy, but a long mission to get one from. Plus, you need to escape cops even when you pick a good driver. However you can still pass the mission with the FIB and then later confirm it in your garage.
If you value special vehicles, then the only FIB truck you should save is one in The Jewel Store Job with bullet proof tires (PP). This is superior over any other FIB found in the game.
