In this video, I show how to obtain EC/Lustered/PP metallic black BF Dune Buggy from McKenzie Field Hangar property ground trafficking mission. After I obtain it, I reload the save and show that it's still there.
This Dune Buggy is ONLY EC/Lustered/PP for old gen 1.00. For any other version and platform, it is simply Lustered Dune Buggy since Rockstar made it customizable in LS Customs.
You HAVE to pass the trafficking mission if you want this Buggy with PP property. PP is not attached before you actually start the mission. If you don't play old gen 1.00, you can just push Buggy away from hangar without starting the mission and simply store it, because PP wouldn't be special anyway. You can also use this pushing trick to quickly change lusters.
Property management missions need few days between them to appear again. So remember to advance some time if you want ALL vehicles from them.
Remember that PP property can NOT be saved in SAFEHOUSE garages in old gen version 1.00, so you always gotta save it into interior garage or impound in this version!

Lusters which make this Dune Buggy SPECIAL: Worn Silver Grey, Worn Straw Beige, Matte Light Grey, Worn Silver, Worn Honey Beige.
Lusters that are NOT special: NONE! In this case, all lusters are special! For old gen 1.00 since body is EC and Dune Buggy cannot go into LS Customs, but also for any other version since none of those lusters exist in LS Customs list.
