In this video, I show how to obtain Obey Tailgater from "Eye in the Sky". After I obtain it, I reload the save and show that it's still there.
Tailgater actually IS legit rare vehicle, since it has no scripted spawn locations in traffic and it can NOT be bought from shop, either. Only way to get it after 100% completion is from towing jobs.
Tailgater can spawn in many different colors in this mission, however, absolutely every color that can spawn on Tailgater is also found in LS Customs so traffic Tailgater is never EC.
For old gen, you can also do an EC/NE Conversion to Michael's Tailgater and also get a black Tailgater with random plate.
This is however, pretty useless rare vehicle since in story, there are MANY superior Tailgater variants, ECs, EPs etc. Plenty to pick from instead of this random plate variant.
You can also call Tailgater obtained from EC/NE Conversion "(8 of 8)".
