In this video, I show how to get your hands on an FIB truck in free roam when you are playing on old gen platforms.
Quite easy. Just go to those big satellite dishes in Grand Senora Desert between 10:00-12:00 and you will find this truck or FIB Buffalo from there. If two Buffalos spawn, just reload the save.
This will NOT work for new gen. EC Pure White Burrito and Washingtons will spawn there instead.
If you value special vehicles, then the only FIB truck you should save is one in The Jewel Store Job with bullet proof tires (PP). This is superior over any other FIB found in the game.
