In this video, I show how to get your hands on a Police Riot which also spawns in "The Paleto Score". After I obtain it, I reload the save and show that it's still there.
This is rather cool and rare police vehicle.
Firstly, you will always get a body armor when entering it. Free source of armor, basically. Secondly, in V, this van ALWAYS has a bulletproof windshield (unless you do an EC/NE Conversion which removes it). This keeps you alive even during most intense police chases.
It's rather easy to get it from this mission. You may try this method if Riot is too hard to get from traffic or it doesn't want to spawn in roadblocks for you.
