In this video, I show how to get your hands on a Police Transporter found in the mission "Stingers".
This van only exists in one mission and this gotta be the easiest place to get it from. Simply pass, switch characters, switch back and save the van!
This van is not as cool as the Riot, although it is slightly faster, has better acceleration and ALSO has a bulletproof windshield even after the EC/NE conversion. However it is not as durable and you also WON'T get any armor when entering it.
