In this video, I show how to obtain the EP (P4P4R4Z0) FQ 2 from Franklin's Strangers & Freaks mission "Paparazzo - The Sex Tape" using a method which is useful for patched old gen and unpatched new gen. After I obtain it, I reload the save and show that it's still there.
Just park a vehicle on both sides of the vehicle you want to enter that is locked and then stand in front of it and press enter. This doesn't work on patched new gen though so you need to use another method instead.
