A Great Egret (known in the UK as a Great White Egret) on a rainy August day at the RSPB's Ham Wall Nature Reserve in Somerset, UK. The Great Egret eventually catches a fish after a few unsuccessful attempts. You can see the fish scatter, some jumping out of the water, as the Egret strikes. At the end of the video you can hear the Great Egret call as it flies off.
