Here is some beta footage of Gran Turismo 3 that was featured on a demo that was distributed with the PlayStation 2 console in early 2001.
It shows the game at an early stage of development, prior to the PAL GT3 demo, but later than Gran Turismo 2000. Interestingly, Seattle here has overcast weather, while Seattle on GT 2000 and on the final version of GT3 is set at sunset.
