Here's a video that shows you how to obtain the 'waterproof' BF Injection in Grand Theft Auto Vice City. And when I say obtain, I should mention that you can only play around with the car after you've passed or failed the mission. If you try to store it in a garage, it'll lose its properties. Still, it's a funny anomaly in the secret cars of Vice City and it's great to play around with!
