Here's how to glitch traffic on the PC version of Grand Theft Auto 3. The purpose of this glitch is to attempt short speedruns like doing Turismo as fast as possible - much easier with no traffic! Though you could perhaps experiment with this glitch and see if you can get any cool effects to happen on certain missions.

The reason this glitch can only be performed on the PC version of GTA 3 is because it uses the Replay feature, which wasn't available on the PS2 version. Not sure about Xbox / mobile though!
