Sometimes plans don't go as planned, I had planned on spending the Saturday and Sunday sailing on Sylvan Lake, as a young teen I was a sea cadet, I remember spending many a weekend on the water in a small daysailer so last fall when the opportunity came up to snag a sailboat for dirt cheap I jumped on it, unfortunately, it is missing some pieces that I didn't notice earlier this year so until I can afford those parts the boat goes back in the driveway for now, which opened up my weekend for a bit of a normal #blindmanoverland type weekend. This time I decided to revisit the spot we were at last weekend except I would spend the night and spend some time #fishing to see if I could increase my angling skills, this turned out to be a glorious weekend, and likely one of the last weekends ill be able to spend in Alberta for a couple weeks,.. more on that later...
