Currently creating most 3D demos again (and fixing bugs in the process). This is a new demo, which contains a bunch of material testers with common materials, as well as selectable environments.
You can see a lot of the cool Godot material features that come out of the box, such as displacement mapping, subsurface scattering (For the cheese), anisotropic reflections (aluminium), and refraction (ice). Godot also uses high quality dual paraboloid reflections.
