I am recording this time with a blend of the LR Baggs Element (under-saddle piezo) and an external stereo microphone (to pick up the golpes) panned hard left and hard right. I also brought down the signal on the Element, so it's less present and therefore should spare us some of the plastic / quack tone, and this is present dead center. What do you think of this sound?
