This video is how I would probably have written the story of Obi-Wan and Sandra if it was merely a Star Wars-fanfiction and not a crossover:
Sometime before AotC Obi-Wan is sent to a planet a the edge of the Republic. The old King (portrayed by Théoden) asks him to protect his ward and heir, Sandra, from the forces that try to kill her in order to claim the throne. Sandra is mad about being sent away but reluctantly follows the order and eventually befriends Obi-Wan while in hiding. A couple of weeks later they receive a message that the King has died and Sandra has to return to claim the throne.
The two do not see each other for several years after this. During this time Sandra struggles with various uproars against her rule as people think "a woman is not fit to lead them". The commoners like her and they are her priority, though, and people know that. By the end of the Clone Wars the frequenzy of the uproars have escalated and Sandra is constantly busy trying to protect her people from the nobles. One day she is saved by Obi-Wan, who has returned due to the trouble brewing on the planet, but while saving her he is thrown into a deep shaft. Sandra doubts he survived and mourns him after making sure her people are once more safe. But Obi-Wan has survived and returns to the castle, where he reveals that the Jedi have fallen and he has to flee. He asks her to come with him and she accepts. The two reveal their love for each other and marry in secret before going into hiding among Sandra's people
