This strat (on the right side) was already used in the 100% PS1 runs from Reece65536 (Here's his 100% WR video: youtu.be/bl00LLhtUSE), but it's not used in Any% on the N64 currently.
You could also combine this with the chimney clip to the Maze I found a few weeks ago, which is quiet inconsistent though. So this might also be a good strat to use to save time.
The timing should be a bit different on console, but I think this will save about 5 seconds compared to doing the TV-Cancel-Exit somewhere.
You also often get hit by the guys who shoot you, so it's good that you would have to get hit anyways.

This saves 8 seconds compared to the old video and 10-13 seconds compared to the (very) old strat!
This seemes really hard and maybe confusing, but the only hard part is getting the coin while staying OoB, really. If you just try doing this a few times its not really hard.")

My phone didnt record the last 30 seconds for SOME REASON but I SWEAR TO GOD I got this time! I will go for a faster time anyway :)
EDIT: I think I found the reason and fixed it. So next PBs will be full lenght :P
Im really happy with this time!
Still quite a few mistakes, but a good run overall.
Slappy Valley clip was AMAZING! :D I now got it like that for the second time, the first time I even got it without pausing!
I still have no memeory card (The one I bought isnt working :/) but when I get one I will definitely go for WR!
