Found by Adam Whitmore. Take damage at the same time as Dogadon and you will get key 5 - no matter which kong you're playing as, and no matter if you're in Aztec or Forest. The easiest way to do this is to put the TNT barrel where Dogadon will land next, and then jump into him just before he lands. This doesn't always work, as sometimes the key doesn't spawn.
The map values of Dogadon 1 (197) and Dogadon 2 (83) suggest that D1 is a copy of D2 and was added near the end of the delevopment cycle (for reference, the last map value is 215). Thus, the Hunky Chunky event and key 5 spawn from D2 are also present in the D1 map. However, the usual D1 defeated cutscene is used, which is much shorter and doesn't cancel Hunky Chunky at the end.
