Please check out part 1 if you haven't already. This is part 2 of the 3 part knife restoration project. Here we are creating a leather sheath to suit the knife and which hopefully matches the quality of the knife as well. This Chef's knife it too large for a knife block, so this is the best solution to keep it safe and still handy for work in the kitchen.
