A Gen Z graduate spent a year applying for 300 jobs on LinkedIn before finally landing a marketing role in New York City. Chris Fong, 25, went through 20 to 30 multi-stage interviews as he battled what he called the toughest year of his career. After initially being rejected in April, the company returned days later with a different role at a higher salary.
