I don't know when the last time was I had or made this but it turned out quite nice. Let me know how it turns out, if you make it.

6 large garden eggs or 2 eggplants
1.5 red bell peppers
2 Roma tomatoes
1 onion
1/2 cup red palm oil
1 tsp season all
1.5 tsp ground crayfish
1.5 tsp hot red pepper
Protein of choice
