These days, for the most part, my meals are quick ones and I just haven't had time to film. I am hoping I can create a better balance in 2022.
Today I'm showing you how I make my stewed lamb. So delicious đ. Enjoy and I'll see you in 2022 đđž
1lb lamb stew pieces
2 bell peppers (any mix is fine), chopped
1 onion, sliced or chopped
4-5 roma tomatoes, diced
Mushrooms (optional), chopped
1/4 cup oil (or less)
Add the following to taste:
Curry powder
Black pepper
Salt or season all
Thyme
Rosemary
Cayenne or any hot pepper or chopped fresh habanero or jalapeno
