Cheryl shares case studies from Japan, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, and Thailand, illustrating both the promise and limits of applying futures thinking in policy systems shaped by different histories, capacities, and political dynamics. She concludes by reflecting on building legitimacy, adapting methodologies, and nurturing a foresight ecosystem that drives tangible impact.
