This workout we will be focusing on our lower and upper body.
Grab a towel and a water bottle you have at hand and get your sweat on.

This is a beginner type workout so use your muscle awareness to make the most out of the movements.

The movements (x2):

Side plank to leg lift
Pelvic floor lifts with switching legs
Leg hang on floor
Chair pike legs
Extended leg & arm release
Forearm stand pike
