A Co Kilkenny woman with Friedreich's Ataxia said she can now 'have hope for the future' after the Health Service Executive approved the reimbursement of the drug Skyclarys.

The HSE's decision to approve the reimbursement of Skyclarys comes after a long-running campaign by patients.

Emily Felix said it has been a long and painful journey for her and other campaigners.
