Fried Sausage Potato Hash Recipe | Easy One Pan Breakfast Skillet
INGREDIENTS:
3 medium peeled and diced Yukon gold potatoes
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. oil
*In a skillet on medium high heat add butter and oil. Mix well.
Add diced potatoes, stir to coat in oil.
Let cook for 2 minutes then stir. Repeat until potatoes are tender and golden.
Remove potatoes and set to the side.
1 cup finely diced onions
1/2 pound diced Kielbasa or any smoked sausage
1/2 of diced green bell pepper
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley - optional
salt and black pepper
1 Tbsp. butter / oil
In same skillet on medium heat add 1 Tbsp. butter, diced onions and sausage.
Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes.
Add bell peppers. Cook and stir another 2-3 minutes.
Add minced garlic, parsley and Cajun seasoning.
Cook and stir for one minute.
Add cooked potatoes. Cook and stir for one minute.
Serve and enjoy.
