This Paddle Head drill for Freestyle swimmers was created specifically for swimming with an Endless Pool Hydrodrive™ current to hold the paddle in the same spot while swimming.

This drill is great for helping swimmers to know how to move their heads for breathing while mid-stroke. The goal is to ensure that the paddle does not leave the water and stays pushed against the head of the swimmer.

Coach Dominic’s narration and to-the-point scientific approach allows swimmers to learn safely and efficiently about different strokes that will better their swimming technique. Drills such as this one are fantastic for more efficient swimming.

SwimBox was able to film this stroke using their commercial Endless Pool in their own swim studio.
