A mighty days craic on some fantastic stages in Kerry over the weekend.
Eoin Duffin and the club put on a great event. Everything ran like clockwork and they even organised beautiful sunshine all day.
Congratulations to Jason & Karl on the win. No touching you guys.
Drive of the rally has to be Christopher O Callaghan and the very brave Coleen Ní Bhriain in runners up spot.
A podium on your first ever rally and a few fastest times Coleen. Can’t be bad to that.
We held onto 3rd for most of the rally until FDFTs and overshot a hair pin up a bank for 20 odd seconds.
Minimal damage done and a huge thanks to the lads that got us back on the road.
It was going to be tough going to keep Johno & Paul behind anyway but that sealed it.
Still happy with 6th and a very enjoyable day out.
Spectators were impeccable all day, it’s appreciated by all us competitors believe me.
As always, thanks to all the organisers, Marshals and time keepers. You’re all super stars.
Thanks also to those that had the time to stop by in service. Great to see so many young faces.
Some reprep and we go again.
