Weather was cold but clear this morning, so had a billy no mates flying session just to test the DIY FPV racing airgates.
They work perfectly, a couple of things I used one of the offcuts to add a flat section on top, this works well and means I can cut a bit of the long poles so they fit across my car boot/trunk easily, so I will get some more 45deg angles to do this, also the white poles are very easy to see against grass (would be even better in open field without background clutter), using dark grey pipe lagging was not good, so I will stick to bright pool noodle tags on the corners and plain white pipe.
