Intel had its investor meeting for 2022, and of course, this is where intel’s marketing side needs to shine. So, What do we have here? Well, a lot! Let’s start with the CPU side of things. First, we got confirmation that Raptor lake, the 13th generation of high-end desktop CPU’s from intel, will have 24 cores and 32 threads. That’s 8 performance cores with 16 threads and 16 efficient cores with one thread each. The core count is nothing new, but now its official.
Raptor lake will also be compatible with the Alder lake platform, so no need to buy a new motherboard for the 13th gen. That’s pretty cool since it means your DDR4 memory will still be compatible for another generation!
Then, It looks like Overclocking will also have some enhancements which is fine, and we have compatibility with AI M.2 modules. Now, that is interesting but we’ll talk about it in another video since AI memory modules is a brand new thing. SK Hynix has something similar coming up for GPU memory so ill catch up on it and have a video ready. [...]
So that’s the CPU new’s what about intel’s GPU’s? Well, let’s start with Alchemist And its not that great of news. If you thought that intel would be able to produce enough GPUs to cover a gap in the market, it looks like the company itself just confirmed it wouldnt be the case. Raja Koduri, the Graphics frontman of intel, confirmed that the company would ship about 4 million + GPU’s into the market this year.
To put that into perspective, about 40 million GPU’s were shipped in 2021, and the number is for sure going to be higher in 2022, so even with 2021 numbers, that’s only a 10% increase in GPU’s floating around. and that 4 million GPU figure from intel.. yeah, it includes the mobile market too. So while they will be out there, they’re going to be pretty rare.

![Intel FORGOT About AMD When They Launched The ARC A770!
Lets get started with intel. Now Im not about to give you a full roundup of what was announced by since, well, there are dozens of videos about it. But I will touch on 2 things. First, the A770 price. 329$. Personally, I think its a little too expensive. If we dont look at the driver issue then sure, its better value and performance than a 3060, and is cheaper than a 3060 on the market right now. I mean the cheapest one I could find new is 370$.
But it doesnt take a genius to just look in the other direction. AMD. The 6700XT has hit as low as 360$ in the past. That’s an insane value proposition. And if Yuri, aka 1usmsum, adds compatibility for this card on his Radeon monster profile, it becomes a powerhouse. And if you dont want to wait for the prices to go back down, or just want a lower-priced card, the 6650XT is also a beast for 299. These AMD GPUs really went down in price since launch.
So just like in the CPU market, it looks like AMD is the competition here. But that’s not to say that the ARC A770 is dead in the water. Just like someone might choose a 3000 series for the sole purpose of having features like better ray tracing performance, Nvidia broadcast, and a better Nvenc encoder, the A770 has “ Allegedly” Better ray tracing performance than both AMD and Nvidia at the same price point and a better encoder which includes AV1 encoding. It looks like adding a third player in the game makes your gpu choice more and more about the feature set than just raw rastered performance. At least that’s as long as that player stays.

![AMDs Ryzen 7000 Could be in SERIOUS Trouble Against Raptor Lake!
Lets get started with intel. We’ve talk a lot about raptor lake over the last couple of weeks. That’s because engineering samples have been popping up left and right. But it was always the same CPU. always the highest end. The 13900k. Obviously, this isnt the intel CPU that most people would buy. Or even the best value for your money.
For example, Right now on the 12th generation, the 12400F and 12600K are the best bang for your buck. Even when compared to AMD’s offerings. So what is intel going to bring to the 13th generation in that bracket.
Well, now we know thanks to another leak coming from china! Enthusiastic citizen, a leaker which keeps gettings his hands on next gen products just got an Engineering sample of the 13600K, and he clocked it to match a Qualifying sample of the same chip. So thats 5.1Ghz for all the Performance cores and 4Ghz for the E cores. Those are probably not final though since QS and ES samples are essentially the same thing.
So about that 13600K, Im not going to lie, if intel is going to keep the same price structure, AMD might be in trouble .
Anyways, going into that leak, we now know that intel is also going to double the E-Cores on that CPU. So instead of 10 cores, with 6P and 4E cores on the 12600K, we’re getting 6P cores and 8 E cores. So 14 cores and 20 threads.
The leaker tested the CPU in 2 benchmarks, CPUZ and Cinebench R23. In CPU Z, it scores 830 points in the single thread test and 10031 points in the multi core test.
That’s about 8% faster in single core compared to the 12600K and a massive 81% increase in the multi threaded test. There was also a cinebench run but the results were odd with the chip being 40% faster in multi core, but tanking it being 26% slower in single core.

![Intel’s 13900K Is 50% FASTER! but at what cost...
Raptor lake has been leaking like a Sive since the start of this year. And we really saw the progression of intel’s testing. It started off worse than alder lake due to low clock speeds, to now absolutely destroying the last generation. And we’re talking benchmark after benchmark. On the other side, we got AMD. We heard pretty much everything when it comes to the specs of the Ryzen 7000 series, but no real benchmarks leaked. We pretty much HAVE to extrapolate the performance from the 5000 series using AMD’s performance projections. Over 15% faster in single-core and over 40% in multi-core.
A couple of weeks ago, I did a video where I compared the raptor lake info we had, so specs and benchmarks, to the projections of Zen 4. Well, it looks like that info is once again going to change because we have a couple of new benchmarks for a raptor lake processor, and its even faster than before!
So, the first benchmark was found by @benchleaks, and its a geekbench benchmark of the 13900K. Yesterday, a run of the benchmark was posted with a single core score of 2 212 points, and a multi-core score of about 25500 points. In the last video, that was 2133 points in single and 23700 in multi-core. So in less than a month, we got quite a performance boost. But it doesnt end there. Earlier today ANOTHER Geekbench run was made and its even better. It got 2314 points in single-core, and 26 464 points in multi-core! INSANE! If we compare this to the mid july leak, the 13900K is now 8.5% Faster in single thread, and 11.6% faster in multi-core. Now if we compare it to the 12900K, we’re looking at a single thread bump of 16.5% and a multi-core score bump of 53%! That’s crazy!

A couple of months ago, I treated myself to the Anbernic RG353p. Anbernic actually saw that video, and sent me over their new RG353V! And hmm. I have some thoughts! So let’s check it out! On your boot sequence.
So, this is the RG353V. Currently, on Aliexpress its selling for about 110 to 130$. But you have to be a little careful since there are actually 2 different models. The RG353V and VS. They differ quite a bit.
The one I have, the V model, well its the higher-end one. It comes in 4 different colors, White, grey, transparent black and transparent purple. The VS version only comes in grey or transparent black.
Another difference is that the V model has dual OS, so you can boot it up on whatever version of linux that you want, or you can boot it on android. The VS model is exclusively Linux. We’ll get to why that matters a little later.
