The odd displays between segments are related to the computer system the dealerships played these LDs on. Looks like it had a Windows 3.0 program to go along with it.
This is perhaps the most 90s looking brotastic training video I've seen yet. I was expecting Clarissa to walk out and start drawing on the screen!
Warning: This laserdisc starts to have major problems playing at the 24:00 mark, and my player has given up by 25:00 :(
