The concept of folding drone props is not new but using them in freestyle and racing 5" FPV drones is.
DALprop and Gemfan have both put out 5.1" folding props that may look similar but are actually very different. Time will tell which is more suitable for freestyle or for racing (or both) and how much you gain in longevity (of your props and of your ESCs) compared to how much you lose in performance, assembly and blade repair.
