Hi guys! Happy weekend. It's me again 😂😂 and today I'm bringing you my recipe for Fluffy Pancakes. No need for box mix when you can easily make it yourself. So go ahead, grab your syrup and any side you like and chow down some delicious and fluffy scratch made pancakes.


1 cup flour (white, whole wheat or combo)
1/4 tsp salt
1.5 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp sugar (optional)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup milk, room temperature OR (3/4 cup cold milk + 1/4 cup warm water)
1 Tbsp melted coconut oil or butter
1 large egg (room temperature)
