The adventure is in the journey, so why not expand my knowledge base when building the Arete supercar. That’s exactly what this video is about, my journey to perfect the art of powder coating. In this episode, I attempt to powder coat my brake calipers (from a Porsche 911) which includes the Jarvie logo and two colors. Things don’t go as planed and I learn a few lessons. Finally, with a change of plans I have success and get some beautiful parts. This video also covers some solutions to the proper way to tear down a Brembo brake 4 piston caliper and clear powder coating over vinyl.
