Did you know Riverside Park used to have a greenhouse? And a fountain with goldfish in it? Today, the park has different facilities (a swimming pool and pickleball courts!), but is still just as beloved by the community that surrounds it. And we are delighted to be joined by someone from Riverside, award-winning history student and incoming City College freshman, Abe Stolbach! Thanks for watching today’s Five Minute Histories video.

This is our series called "Five Minute Histories." We record short videos about different historic places all over Baltimore and post them on our Facebook page, YouTube channel, and website.  For more information or to become a member of Baltimore Heritage, check out: baltimoreheritage.org/support
