Join us today to learn about Baltimore album quilts, a unique kind of quilt that was created to be showcased on walls and that often featured Baltimore scenes like the Battle Monument and Clipper ships. We are delighted to be joined by two @umbc American Studies students, Kat Gill and Alyssa Thomas, who having been studying these quilts in Dr. Sarah Fouts’ class. Thanks for watching and we'll see you soon with another video.

This is our series called "Five Minute Histories." Every week, we’ll record a short video about a different historic place in Baltimore and post it on our Facebook page and YouTube channel.
