- 8 OZ OF ALMOND MILK
AFTER WORKOUT SNACK
-SEASONING SALT OF YOUR CHOICE
- SLICED CUCUMBERS
LUNCH
- 6- 12 MEDIUM SHRIMP
- CAULIFLOWER RICE
- SEASON HOW YOU'D LIKE

GRAPES
Dinner
- COD FISH (2) FILETS
- LENTIL, BEANS,BROCOLI MIX ( YOU CAN GET THIS FROM KROGER)
