Hello my cyber sisters it's ya girl Taylor here with a highly requested workout! I asked which one you guys wanted to see and I got an overwhelming request on my instagram for a back workout!
Training the back has become a MUST DO in my gym routine! Why? Because training the laterals gives an illusion of a smaller waist and a tight back means you can wear pretty much anything without the bra buldge ( which ive struggled with !) - straight arm lateral pull down 12 reps 3 sets
-tricep extension pull down - 12 reps 3 sets
- wide grip tricep extension
-seated lat pull down - 12 reps 3 sets
-reverse lat pull down - 12 reps 3 sets
