MEAL PLAN
BREAKFAST
-half an avocado
- half a baby lime squeezed on top
- your fave seasoning
AFTER WORKOUT SNACK
- Protein shake
LUNCH
- 4-8 MEDIUM SHRIMP
- salmon filet
- lentils, beans, brocoli mix
- SEASON HOW YOU'D LIKE
SNACK #2
- Any healthy snack of your choice Example: Grapes
Dinner
- 2 pieces of chicken breast
- asparagus ( eat as much asparagus as you want, FILL UP ON VEGGIES)
