I'm going to be sharing more about this in upcoming videos but when I started my homestead, I had a clear and aggressive plan on becoming 100% debt free in only 7 years. On the 6th year, when I could see the finish line and practically touch it ... I got cancer. That delayed my goal. Its funny that I never told anyone what my goal and plans were because I was afraid I would fail ..... but now here we are, just starting the 9th year, made it through cancer treatment, made it through "so far" cancer treatment recovery, and I paid my homestead off today 5-1/2 years early. I have a clear cut simple method on how you can do this too, but most of you won't .... I know this ... because it will push your limits on self control and thats what is really the most important, creating a realistic budget, being frugal, and sticking to the plan no matter what happens ... heck, I battled and beat cancer even and stuck to the plan.
