beetroot digestion and detoxification
ginger pain & anti-inflammatory, kidney detox
thyme aids digestion, supports respiratory health
burdock detoxification, aids digestion
dandelion liver health, aids digestion, antioxidants
black walnut tincture parasite removal
I was drinking a ginger + thyme tea for lung and respiratory health on and off for years since I am a runner and respiratory health is important. Then I added beet root tea for antioxidants and detoxification. Once I was recently diagnosed with cancer, I added burdock tea and dandelion tea. I was basically drinking herbal teas all day long as I made my way from one to the other. Then a lightbulb went off and I was like .... just combine them. So this is my recipe for just that and I drink this 3x per day morning, afternoon, evening. It has really great taste, smells heavenly, and definitely improves my overall mood and energy levels. Outside of saying that, I have to be careful what I say this works for but you can do your own research.
If you have a keurig with or without multi-stream technology, this is the basket I use for root and other course teas, it works great and has a HUGE basket (just make sure you use the strong setting + xheat which slows the brew down at a hotter temperature so it extracts all the oils better): amzn.to/4hin4q5
The tea ingredients I use (i only buy in bulk so these are 1lb or larger):
beet: amzn.to/4heufPW
ginger: amzn.to/47jlmjL
thyme: amzn.to/4hnVZ4Y
burdock: amzn.to/4n7SeBH
dandelion: amzn.to/3WIq9Gj
Sometimes I add a few drops of (and you can research why you might want to do that):
saffron: amzn.to/3IVhc9A
cinnamon: amzn.to/47gdGi3
