This is a battle against the Boss Reno, on NORMAL MODEL, with a team that has completed the game on all difficulties, which is why it will seem easy.

The general strategy is the same of course, it will just take much longer without the proper weapons, materia & limit breaks.

TIPS:
- This fight technically has 3 phases. You will start off against some Shinra Troops. Once you kill them, more will enter the Church.
- You can position yourself right by the door and attack them immediately for heavy damage.
- Once their done, Reno will finally engage you.
- Just enter Punisher Mode or use Counterstance and you will have no problem with the "first" phase of this fight.
- Once he's down to about 50% power, he releases some mines around the place. A few slashes to any one of them will kill them. If you have Parry, you can stay in Punisher mode and dodge away and bait Reno into attacking you.
- Reno is pretty easy and will fall before long.
