The Cloister bosses respawn if you fall back in, so most of them have gimmicks that make them easily beatable (the preferred path is Earth Eater - Malboro Menace - Dark Behemoth). This one only uses physical attacks, so summon Phantom for an easy win.")

Leviathans opening attack (だいかいしょう, also one of Stragos Lores) refers to a tidal bore (a wave caused by the tides), but is frequently used synonymously with つなみ (tsunami, a wave caused by a large and sudden displacement of water). Im also curious as to when tsunami became common usage in English…maybe around the 2004 Boxing Day earthquake?")

In the SNES version, you had to defeat this boss properly (ie. both living and undead forms, rather than just Vanish/Banishing the living form) to get it to appear on the Veldt. As far as I can tell, this was fixed in the GBA version by tweaking this formation and fixing said Vanish bug.")
