Mega Flare should've had defence-ignoring properties too…maybe Bahamut wouldn't be a waste of MP then.
_Giga_ Flare can be used by releasing a King Behemoth (find in the area beyond this point), but I can't really imagine a use for it.

The cloaks self in wind gimmick doesnt actually do anything since Haste and Image (the statuses its supposed to gain) are locked to it.")

Three lives (65,000 HP each), and unlike Kaiser, you have to whittle them all down.
This is the only battle where I used Quick for offensive purposes, since the constant counters would drag it out otherwise. Suboptimal YET AGAIN, but RNG gambling in this fight especially is REALLY annoying, so…Ill take whats given.")

At battle speed 3, each tick is about 3/4ths of a second. This strat doesnt work on most bosses anyway because theyre initially odd-leveled (and so unaffected by Level 2 Old), though some are affected by the longer Dark Spark - L2 Old - L5 Death combo. (Supposedly L2 Old no longer ignores immunity in PR.)
Get Doom here, you need it for the next dungeon. (Well, _technically_ you dont, but the movement precision required to dodge the enemies in question is beyond most peoples capabilities and/or patience, and no, you cant catch them.) You have another chance to get it if you miss it here, but its easier to just grab it now.
