To play this minigame you need to be on the ship, press and hold the OK button, then press the Cancel button 55 times. As long as you don't release the OK button, you can do the 55 presses as slow as you want.

For mobile players, here's info from a Reddit user called MSevenzer: "Turn on tap to move. Hold one finger on your boat, use other finger and tap elsewhere bunch of times."

The classic 15 Puzzle is back in this version too. No rewards or timer this time. You don't even get the 100 Gil that the original gives, but I still like to play the minigame.

Regarding the achievement, I don't know if it's the same on mobile, but there is a bit of a delay between the trigger event and the achievement actually popping on Steam. It took about a minute or two to pop after I played the minigame for the first time.
