For this episode of Operation Stage 2 I decided to head out to Luddenham Raceway West of Sydney to set a lap time. Luddenham include timing in the price so it would have been a good way to compare Stage 1, Mountune MP215 and the stage 2 Map which is yet to be determined.
Mods include the Mountune MP215 map, Whoosh Motorsports Short Ram Intake and 3" downpipe with sports cat, standard cat back exhaust, Mountune springs with standard shock absorbers, Whiteline Rear Sway Bar, Forza Brakes front FP3 pads, DBA T3 4000 Series front brake discs, HEL braided lines all round, standard intercooler. The tyres are 2 year old Pirelli P-Zero Nero GT which I had hoped to get one more track day out of to make the comparison as fair as possible however as these are my daily tyres they may need replacing before I can hit the track again.
Either way I had a blast. Luddenham Raceway is a fun little circuit and with better tyres and conditions I could easily crack into the 59 or 58 second lap times, maybe even quicker.
